Frequently asked questions

How can I track my order? 

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a Track & Trace code. You can use this to follow your parcel at any time on the carrier's website. If you haven't received a confirmation email, please check your spam folder or contact us at info@clubelitaire.eu

How long does delivery take?

Orders within the Netherlands are delivered within 1–2 business days. Orders to Belgium and Luxembourg take 2–3 business days. For other European countries, please allow 3–6 business days. A full overview can be found on our shipping page.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders can only be changed or cancelled before they have been processed. Please contact us as soon as possible at info@clubelitaire.eu with your order number. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled, but you may return it.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept iDEAL, Bancontact, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Apple Pay. All payments are processed through a secure SSL connection. Your payment details are treated with the utmost confidentiality.

I received a damaged item. What should I do?

Please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at info@clubelitaire.eu and include clear photos of the damage along with your order number. We will resolve this for you as quickly as possible.

How long does it take to process a return?

Once we receive your return, our warehouse requires 5 business days to process it. After processing, you will receive your refund within 2–5 business days. More information can be found on our returns page.

Within how many days can I return an item?

 You have 14 days from the moment of receipt to return an item. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed and with all original labels still attached.

Are your products available in a physical store?

Club Élitaire is currently available online only. You can shop via our webshop at any time. If you have questions about availability, feel free to reach out at info@clubelitaire.eu.
