We process your order as quickly as possible and hand it over to our logistics partner. Orders placed before 11:00 PM on weekdays are shipped the same day.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a Track & Trace code. You can use this to follow your package at any time via the carrier's website.

If you are not home at the time of delivery, the carrier will make a second delivery attempt or leave the package at a nearby service point. You will be notified via the Track & Trace environment.
