Returns
When you receive your order, please check immediately that all items are undamaged and complete. If you are not satisfied, you may return your order within 14 days of receipt.
Items must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered. All original labels and tags must still be attached. Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted as a return.
During the 14-day return period, you may try on items as you would in a store. As long as you have not decided to keep the item, you may not actually use it.
- Step 1: Register your return by emailing info@clubelitaire.eu with your order number and reason for return.
- Step 2: Within 1 business day you will receive a return label and further instructions by email.
- Step 3: Pack the items carefully in the original packaging and attach the return label to the parcel.
- Step 4: Drop off the parcel at a service point of our carrier or hand it to the driver.
Our warehouse requires 5 business days to process your return. Once processed, you will receive the full purchase amount — including any outbound shipping costs — back to your account within 2–5 business days.
We may wait to issue the refund until we have received the returned products, or until you have provided proof of shipment.
